This program helps individuals with disabilities move out of subminimum wage employment and into competitive integrated jobs. Works4Me brings together partnerships across the state as an extension of Ohio’s Employment First partnership to expand community employment opportunities, reduce barriers to competitive integrated employment, and align state policy for individuals with developmental disabilities. Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is partnering with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), county boards of developmental disabilities, and service providers, to offer a robust support network.
